You may return most new, unopened cleaning liquid spray bottles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

This includes the transit time for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
